SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of the package and shipping destination. The shipping cost for your order will be provided during the checkout process.

SHIPPING CARRIERS
Small Batch Hats uses the following shipping carriers: United States Postal Services (USPS), United Postal Service (UPS), and Federal Express (FedEx).

PROCESSING TIMES
Processing times vary depending on current demand and the size and complexity of the order. In general, orders for 48 hats or less are shipped within 1-2 weeks. Processing times are subject to change.

EXPEDITED PROCESSING AND SHIPPING

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times vary based on the carrier and your geographical location. In most cases, shipments will be delivered within 3-5 business days after the carrier accepts the shipment.

TRACKING INFORMATION
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. You can use the tracking number to track your order through the carrier’s website or app. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We do not currently ship outside the United States. If you want to place an order to be shipped outside the United States, please contact us at info@smallbatchhats.com.
