Refund policy

RETURN POLICY

We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the goal of making our customers happy. We stand behind our products and want customers to be satisfied with them. We believe that when we treat our customers fairly, they in turn are fair with us.  

If we make a mistake, we’ll make it right. If your hat or other merchandise is defective or damaged or if we made a mistake fulfilling your order, please let us know by emailing us at info@smallbatchhats.com within 15 days after delivery so we can address and remedy the issue. We only accept returns or issue refunds when we are timely notified.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for custom hats or other merchandise when the order is fulfilled properly and the products are not defective or damaged. There are no exception to this policy. All hats are made to order and cannot be reused for other customers.
