Absolutely, we love big orders but please understand we may have to confirm our stock of style and color of hats you are wanting completed before we can accept the order. Please give us a shout at info@smallbatchhats.com

100% you will. We enjoy making all hat order sizes.

You can click on the "CUSTOMIZE AND PURCHASE" button within each hat style and customize your hat yourself! You will need the correct file format to do so. Or, you can email your logo file to us directly at info@smallbatchhats. Depending on the difficulty of the logo, it typically takes 5 days or less to get concept to you for approval.

We need the logo file sent to us in .SVG, .EPS, AI (adobe illustrator), PNG or JPEG format. If you are unable to send us your logo in these formats, we will do our very best to convert your logo into an acceptable format. Please note there may be additional cost for this service.

If you order 1-5 custom hats there is a set up fee of $35. There is no set up fee for 6 or more hats purchased at once.

Yes, we need payment in full prior to manufacturing your order. These are custom hats for your brand only so we are unable to sell them to another customer once they are completed.

It's a fluid situation. BUT, we are going to do our very best to manufacture and ship your order within two weeks of your paid invoice.

***It is possible lead times will be longer at certain times of the year. We will be sure to let you know any changes to lead times prior to sending a invoice for payment.

No, not at all. We just haven't built your order yet. If it is taking longer for us to ship your order than you expected, please give us a shout at info@smallbatchhats.com. Please note your order number within the email.
